I have made these two lists to detail what each cast member's roles are in the production and to list what we need for the production. This is so there is no confusion over who does what when it comes time to shoot and also so we don't forget any resources that are vital for the project. I believe these are useful tools to have as making simple mistakes can be easily avoided by looking at these two lists can give the cast members guidance throughout production day.

Modelling Problem Solving

Originally, the model that was going to appear in my production would've been my friend Matty but because he has his own full-time job in Newcastle his time and his schedule is constrained so he is not able to help out with the project so I've had to ask another person to be in it instead. This person is Saul who is a Classmate of mine and is also over the age of 18 same as Matty so he will be able to buy the cigarettes needed for the shoot. the downside to this is that Saul does not live in Murton like Matty does, so the location will have to be in  Sunderland or on campus which in fairness is an easy fix.

Possible Shooting Locations
This location is a wall outside of The Coalface in Seaham, The Coalface is a pub that one of my family friends own so getting permission to use this location would be no problem and the wall is ideal for a background as it large and would encompass the whole shot. But the wall is not a brick wall and is in Seaham which would take me and Saul to travel by either car or bus to get there from Murton and Sunderland  which is not ideal as there are locations in Sunderland that are far more accessible.

This location is on Melrose Avenue in Murton as you can see from the picture the wall is brick, but the wall is in the shade and potentially not large enough as the white part of the roof of the garage would be visible in the shot. As well as this, I do not know the owners of this house so it would be hard to get permission to shoot outside. In addition to this, it appears that someone uses this spot for parking so the shot would be obstructed by their car.

Location

As previously seen in the flat plan, there will be a model that will be needed for the shot to work. The model that I am choosing for this advert will be Saul Cotton who is in my level 3 class and my math class. I have already asked them in advance if they would like to participate and they agreed to a verbal agreement after I told them it would go on blogger, but he still needs to sign the Contributors Release Form. Along with the model, I will shoot in a location that I scouted on campus. this is location is just a brick wall outside of the arts academy because that's what I want the background to be. And the reason I've chosen a location on campus is that it's the easiest way to get permission and it won't be a hassle for either party, but I'll need to sign the location form. Below are the forms that will be needed to be filled in to gain permission to take pictures of the model and take pictures of the location.

The reason I've had to get permission through forms is so I can have no legal liabilities during the production of the project.

This Risk Assessment has been carried out to make sure nobody comes to harm during the production and to lay out possible dangers that crew members need to avoid. Making this list is not only important for the safety of everyone involved but doesn't make me liable for anything that could potentially go wrong while shooting.

Shooting Schedule/ Cast Meetings

From above, you can see the expected weather for this week and next week the soonest day it's expected to be clear is Tuesday the 17th. This date is ideal as we are both in college on that day as we have lessons with Neil. I will most likely start shooting during the second lesson with Neil so that the sun is higher in the sky making the lighting better for the shot. While this means ill have to wait a week to shoot in the meantime I'll be able to focus on my radio advert as it needs a few finishing touches as my script is written and recorded but hasn't been added to the editing yet
.

Reschedule

The timing for the shooting has changed as Saul was ill for the whole week when the production was supposed to take place so I have checked the weather for this week and Friday the 27th of January fits well for both of us so shooting will commence on that date.
