This personnel list has been made to show what each cast member's role is and to have an easy way to get to their contact details in case of an emergency or change in the production schedule. This list is important for the crewmembers to have guidance during the production so there is no confusion.

This Resource List has been made to detail what props or utilities are needed for production. This is so nothing is forgotten on the day of production. It is also detailed where we will get these items from so they can be collected before production begins. This list is useful as it serves as a reminder to not forget these items which leads to fewer problems during production

Shooting Locations

Above are possible shooting locations I have scouted for the project. I do have worries about the first location as getting permission for the bus stop may be difficult but getting permission for the third photo should be simple as I've taken photos at the college before for my previous project.  As I'm shooting in three different locations I'll need three different location release forms two of which I'm confident in getting but as previously mentioned I may have a hard time getting one for the bus stop.

there is another shooting location which was meant to be in my bedroom but I have decided to change it to my front door as there isn't enough space in my room and outside will have more natural lighting.

This Risk Assessment has been carried out to make sure nobody comes to harm during the production and to lay out possible dangers that crew members need to avoid. Making this list is not only important for the safety of everyone involved but doesn't make me liable for anything that could potentially go wrong while shooting.

Shooting Schedule/ Cast Meetings

Saul and I will be able to meet on the 29th of February and the 1st of March as we both have college on those days and we live relatively close to each shooting location so if we need to re-shoot that shouldn't be a problem either. The only problem I can see is that the weather on Wednesday is predicted to be poor as it's meant to rain. With this being said, we are going to try anyway as it is cutting it very close to the deadline.

  

Rescheduled

Unfortunately, the weather report was correct on Wednesday so we were unable to have the photo shoot on that day. Instead, I have decided to shoot one of the photos today (Friday, 3rd March) and the rest on the weekend and edit them on Photoshop at home and on the 6th.
