Project Rationale
This presentation showcases my ideas so I can sell them to my classmates and gain any feedback on my designs and intentions for the advert. When I deliver this presentation, it will be recorded and also uploaded to blogger. I will discuss why I have chosen my design, where my inspiration came from, and why it's the best option for the audience, I'll try to discuss specifics like how this advert follows the codes and conventions for canon as it keeps with its colour scheme of red, white and black. While also using relevant vocabulary whilst speaking like Mise-En-Scene, Depth of field and Uses and Gratification theory. Again there won't be a script this is to continue with it feeling like conversation and make it easier for questions.
Presentation/Feedback
I'd say that pitch went pretty well. I got across what I was aiming for and why I was going for it. At the end of the presentation, I got the opportunity to ask for the group's opinions on my ideas for the product. Most of what they said was positive and they liked the idea of using multiple images to show off a physical journey.
It was good to conduct this presentation as it gave me for me to go over most of my thought process just before I went into the production phase of the project. Not only this but to hear from my audience directly and hear what they have to say about it as it is meant to suit their wants and attract them to the company for the long term. Making sure that I'm fully confident that I can progress to the next stage was my goal and I feel now comfortable enough to do that now I know how the audience feels about my ideas
